Collection Timings Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sunday: Closed Order Processing Time All standard orders require 2 to 3 working days to be processed before collection We prepare and arrange your items in our local warehouse during this time Orders placed after Friday 12:00 PM will not include Saturday or Sunday as working days This means processing will begin from Monday Made to Order Items (Shower Panels and Special Products) Shower panels and other made-to-order items require a longer processing time These items take approximately 3 to 4 weeks depending on manufacturing time Once ready, they will be made available for collection Order Ready Notification Once your order is ready, our team will contact you by phone Customers must wait for confirmation before coming to collect their items Before You Arrive Customers must call us before coming to collect their order This ensures your items are ready and avoids waiting time Required at Collection
