Showerboard Terms & Product Availability Guidelines
At Showerboard, we offer a wide range of shower panels and wall boards, including both stocked and made-to-order products. To help you place your order with confidence, please read the following terms carefully.
Made to Order Products
Made-to-order products are manufactured specifically to your chosen colour, style, finish, and size. These items are not held in stock and production only begins once your order has been placed and confirmed.
Because these products are custom made:
Delivery times are longer than standard stocked items
Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of ordering
Extra care must be taken when selecting options
Checking Colour, Shade & Finish
Colours and finishes may appear slightly different on screens. For this reason, we strongly recommend:
Checking shade, colour, texture, and finish before ordering
Requesting a sample if you would like to see the material in person
Showerboard offers sample options so you can confirm:
Colour
Styling
Texture
Overall appearance
Once you are satisfied with a sample, you can proceed with confidence.
Returns & Refunds – Made to Order
As made-to-order products are custom manufactured:
Returns are not accepted
Refunds are not available once an order is placed
The only exception is if the product arrives damaged.
In case of damage:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographic evidence
This allows us to raise a claim with the manufacturer and arrange a replacement or resolution. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Ordering Made to Order Products in Different Sizes
Some shower wall systems can be supplied in different panel sizes and layouts. When ordering these products:
Download the configuration file / form
Complete all measurements clearly
Indicate panel placement and orientation
Note any cut-outs or special requirements
Email the completed form to info@showerboard.co.uk before production
This ensures panels are manufactured correctly and avoids sizing or layout issues.
Ready to Dispatch
“Ready to Dispatch” means the product is normally available from the manufacturer and is expected to be in stock.
As products are supplied directly by manufacturers, we cannot guarantee live stock levels at all times. However, if a product is marked as Ready to Dispatch, it should usually be available and can be dispatched quickly.
If there is any unexpected stock issue, we will contact you promptly.
Back to Order
“Back to Order” means the product is currently not in stock with the manufacturer but can be ordered.
Lead times will be longer than standard
Estimated delivery times will be provided once confirmed by the manufacturer
Out of Stock
“Out of Stock” means the product is currently unavailable and cannot be ordered at this time.
