Shipping Fees
Free Shipping on all orders, except for Made-to-Order Items and Large Size Shower Boards:
For orders over 799 GBP, Free Shipping applies to all items, including Made-to-Order items and Large Size Shower Boards.
For orders below 799 GBP, shipping fees for Made-to-Order items and Large Size Shower Boards will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
Made-to-Order Items – Delivery takes between 7 to 20 working days, as these products are custom-made to your specifications.
Large Size Shower Board – Delivery takes between 3 to 7 working days.
Large Items – Delivery takes between 2 to 7 working days.
Medium-Sized Items – Delivery takes between 2 to 5 working days.
Trims & Accessories – Delivery takes between 2 to 7 working days.
Small Items – Delivery takes between 1 to 4 working days.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.
Returns & Damaged Items
At ShowerBoard.co.uk, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns and damaged products:
General Returns
14-Day Return Window:
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items, excluding Made-to-Order Items. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.For returns, please contact us at info@showerboard.co.uk for return instructions and authorization.
Made-to-Order Items
No Returns/Refunds on Made-to-Order Items:
As these products are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for Made-to-Order Items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged Items
48-Hour Reporting Window for Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged area so we can assess the issue. We will resolve the matter by sending a replacement or offering another solution.
