Special Delivery Requested Policy

At Showerboard, we aim to provide reliable and secure delivery services to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Mainland UK Delivery

  • We deliver to Mainland UK addresses.

  • All shipments are carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage.

  • Our shipping service covers damage that occurs during transportation, subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Reporting Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage

  • This allows us to raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

3. Delivery Outside Mainland UK (Special Requests)

On special request, we may be able to arrange delivery to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Offshore islands

  • Other non-mainland or remote locations

Please note:

  • Delivery charges will be different from Mainland UK rates

  • Additional insurance and handling charges may apply

  • Costs depend on:

    • Your location

    • Panel size and weight

    • The courier service selected

Most courier companies do not accept large panel deliveries, however a limited number of specialist couriers may be able to accommodate these shipments.

We can request quotes from suitable couriers on your behalf, but any additional delivery costs must be paid by the customer.

4. Courier Selection

Where possible, we will use trusted couriers experienced in handling large and fragile panels.
If a specific courier service is requested by the customer, pricing and availability may vary.
