Selkie Panels Delivery
Selkie Panels are delivered directly by the manufacturer.
General Delivery Information
1. We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days.
2. Delivery is available to UK mainland only (some postcode restrictions apply). Please contact us for pricing if your postcode is restricted.
3. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours of placing your order to arrange a delivery date.
4. Deliveries take place between 08:00 – 18:00. You will receive an ETA (usually a 2-hour window) on the morning of delivery.
Delivery Terms
1. Deliveries are one-man, kerbside only. You must provide sufficient assistance to unload and move goods.
2. The driver cannot help move items beyond the kerbside due to insurance restrictions.
3. The delivery vehicle must be able to park legally at the address. Any restrictions must be advised at the time of ordering.
Receiving Your Order
1. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
2. Goods must be checked thoroughly before signing. Signed deliveries are deemed received in good condition.
3. Any shortages or damages must be reported within 72 hours.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or no one being present, redelivery charges will apply.
Important Note
Some large items may not be deliverable to remote UK locations due to courier restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.

Provides a watertight seal
Colour matched join between panels
Ensure a desirable join between tongue and grooved Selkie panels with the assistance of our colour match sealant, all of which have been developed to complement our existing range.
Produced bespoke for Rearo, our range of colour match sealant has been scientifically formulated and tested to resist moisture, detergent and other household products.
Sealant is available to buy as singular 290ml tubes. One tube of sealant will cover the installation of up to 5 Tongue & Groove Selkie shower panels.
Please note: Colour match sealant must be used in any Selkie tongue and groove application, failure to do so will make the product guarantee null and void.
