Please ensure that an able-bodied person is available at the time of delivery to assist with moving the shower valve into your property. All shower valves must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for any damage or visible defects before signing for delivery. Do not install a shower valve that you believe to be faulty or damaged. Once the shower valve has been installed, it will be considered accepted as being in good condition and suitable for use; therefore, we cannot accept any claims for damage or defects after installation.
