Please ensure that an able-bodied person is available at the time of delivery to assist with moving the tray into your property. All trays must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for any damage or visible defects before signing for delivery. Do not install a tray that you believe to be faulty or damaged. Once the tray has been installed, it will be considered accepted as being in good condition and suitable for use; therefore, we cannot accept any claims for damage or defects after installation.
