Delivery Guidlines
PLEASE NOTE: Showerwall deliveries are fulfilled direct by the manufacturer and offer a single person delivery to the kerbside only. Please ensure an able-bodied person(s) will be present at time of delivery to assist in taking in the goods.
Panels should always be stored flat and indoors to avoid bowing.
Panels must be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for damage or visible defects. The panels are supplied with a protective clear film to the decorative face, this should be peeled back to check for damage or discrepancies in colour where necessary then replaced to provide protection during commencing installation.
Do not install panels that you find to be defective.
Once the panels or profiles have been cut or installed we regard this as an acceptance of their quality and suitability for purpose and therefore we cannot accept any subsequent claims for faults or damage.
Prior to installation the panels, adhesives and sealants should be conditioned for a minimum of 48‐72 hours in the area in which they are to be installed or an environment of similar temperature or humidity.

Panel Sizes and Edge Options
Choose from standard square-edge panels or select Proclick technology for a seamless, trim-free finish. The Proclick system features a precision-engineered locking mechanism that produces tight, nearly invisible joints for a clean and professional appearance.
Proclick panels lock securely into place, reducing installation time and eliminating the need for visible joining trims. Proclick Tile Panels cannot be connected with Proclick Panels outside of the Tile collection due to slight differences in panel thickness.
