Delivery Guidelines – Showerboard
This page provides important information about delivery for items purchased from Showerboard. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Important Guidelines – Please Read
All goods should be checked upon receipt. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If you cannot inspect the items immediately, please notify us in writing or mark the delivery as damaged when signing for it. Delayed reporting may affect your claim.
Delivery dates are estimates only and depend on the manufacturer. We are not liable for any losses, delays, or third-party costs caused by delayed delivery.
Tradespeople or installation work should not be scheduled until goods are received and checked.
Deliveries are made to the nearest hard road (kerbside). Carrier staff are generally helpful but cannot carry items inside. If they do, it is at the customer’s risk. Proper floor/wall protection is the responsibility of the customer.
Please check all items immediately upon delivery and provide photos of any damage so we can arrange replacements.
Delivery Costs
Delivery is not free. Charges depend on:
Manufacturer’s delivery method
Delivery location
Size, weight, and quantity of items
Shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout.
All prices on the website include VAT but exclude delivery charges.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery is 2–5 working days for most in-stock items.
Made-to-order products may take up to 3 weeks.
Orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day (subject to stock availability).
Delivery Methods
Most items are delivered via manufacturer couriers.
Large or heavy items are delivered kerbside only.
Pallet deliveries are not available for Showerboard items.
Customers should be prepared to assist with unloading if needed.
Remote or Non-Mainland UK Deliveries
We primarily deliver to Mainland UK.
For non-mainland areas (e.g., Northern Ireland, Islands, Highlands), delivery may be possible if the customer provides the postcode and agrees to pay extra shipping charges.
Checking Your Delivery
Customers must check items within 48 hours of delivery.
Any damage, discrepancies, or missing items must be reported immediately with photos.
This is especially important for products stored in boxes until installation; if damage is discovered later, returns may be difficult.
