How Do Bifold Shower Doors Work?
A bifold shower door typically consists of two glass panels connected by hinges. One panel is fixed to the shower frame or wall, while the second panel folds inward on a central hinge when you open the door. In larger enclosures, bifold doors are often paired with inline glass side panels to create a complete three-sided shower enclosure or corner shower unit. Most of our bifold enclosures feature a generous wall-tolerance adjustment — typically 15–25mm — making them far easier to install in bathrooms where walls aren’t perfectly plumb.
